Before relocating to Florida full-time, John had personal experience with a local home watch company and was satisfied with their services. However, he realized that incorporating technology which offers GPS time stamping, photos, and detailed reports for every visit, could significantly elevate home watch services. Recently, John completed the National Home Watch Association bootcamp to become Certified Home Watch Professional. The bootcamp covers best practices and procedures essential for performing thorough home watch visits. It includes training on the NHWA’s Best Practices, and input from leading home watch business owners.This certification enables him to provide exceptional home watch services, ensuring the security of clients’ properties.

As a varsity football player, he demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and dedication on the field. His commitment to excellence continued in his academic pursuits, where he attended two years of college at Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW), majoring in Business.

Recently, John has expanded his skill set by completing the National Home Watch  Association bootcamp to become a Certified Home Watch Professional.
